Since it’s founding in the 1992, the WIPC has been a physical hub of communication and activities for women and men on campus. It sponsors various academic, health, social and campus wide events and programs. The staff is committed to carrying out the goals outlined in the Women's Initiative Project Center mission statement.  This section provides a general introduction to the WIPC. 

The Women's Initiative Project Center is located on the Southern University Baton Rouge Campus, on the first floor of the J. S. Clark Administration Annex Building (across from Bradford Hall).
