Using the Career Services Office

Step One:

You may register online with us at www.subr.edu/careerservices.com. Registration takes place at the beginning of each semester.

Step Two:

Fill Out your profile. On your LOGIN INFO:Username: it is best to use your email address. (Create Your Own Password) Attend an orientation session. the orientation sessions is mandatory for all first time registrants. It provides information on office procedures and the interviewing proces, as well as thorough preparation for interviews.

Step Three:

Preview Profile and & Submit upload Your resume. Don't forget to check the box and Name your resume. Make an appointment to visit with your counsellor in preparation for signing up for your first interview. He or she will assist you with final details regarding what to expect in the interview and what to wear.

Step Four

Research the company. Before interviewing with a company, find out as much as possible. Literature on the companies may be obtained from the Career Service Resource Library. Additional iformation on companies is available on the world wide web.

Step Five - How to sign up for an interview

Once you have registered on JAGUARTRAK, Enter your username & password, then Enter - - Interviews are scheduled in thirty minute intervals. You should arrive at least ten minutes early for your interview.

Step Six

Click on ON-CAMPUS Recuriting:

  1. Under the Interview Date use the Current date & the end of the semester date, then SEARCH. **At this prompt you will be able to print a complete list of all the companies visiting campus.

  2. View the company you are interested in Then Click on DETAILS

  3. If an Interview is available a SIGN UP FOR INTERVIEW or SUBMIT RESUME prompt will appear.

  4. If you do not receive either prompt, it may be that based on your profile there are some qualifications that you do not meet .
