2013-2014 Renewal Application for Student Organizations

Southern University an A&M College - Office of Student Organizations 2013-2014

*** Student organization renewal forms will be reviewed within 5-7 business days of application submission. Organizations are required to have and maintain a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary; with each being required to have and maintain a 2.5 Cumulative Grade Point Average during their tenure. Please attach an additional sheet with a roster of all organization members; include phone numbers, email addresses, and student ID numbers.

ORGANIZATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A MEETING AND ACTIVITIES CALENDER MONTHLY OR WITHIN 3 DAYS OF AN ADDITION TO THE ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES CALENDER.
