Scope:
   The purpose of this scope of work was to obtain vegetation resource information on the 2800-acre Wilkinson Island Division. The information was used to support planning of the Wilkinson Island EMP project and to support vegetation management decisions on the Division of the St. Louis District

Navigation and Ecosystem Sustainability Program (NESP) - Systemic Forest Management Plan
Scope:  
The Forest Management Plan project area is designated as the UMRS 500 year floodplain. The lateral extent of the UMRS floodplain ecosystem is generally the river valley lands from toe of bluff to toe of bluff, or to elevated terraces, regardless of ownership. The scope of this plan is for the Corps, working with others, to improve management and restoration efforts along the UMRS, and to seek eventual sustainability of its floodplain forest and other terrestrial habitats.

Melvin Price Locks and Dam Stationary Hydroacoustic Survey - Auxiliary Lock Upper Mississippi River System Navigation and Ecosystem Sustainability Program Fish Passage

Scope:   The purpose of this study is to examine the suitability of the 600-foot auxiliary lock chamber as a potential fish passage through Melvin Price Locks and Dam at Alton, Illinois.  Data from this study will be incorporated into the Melvin Price Locks and Dam Fish Passage Improvements Ecosystem Restoration Project (hereafter referred to as the Project), which in turn is part of the Upper Mississippi River System, Navigation and Ecosystem Sustainability Program.
