General Purpose Computer Labs

Training and User Support Services currently supports two multi-purpose computer labs that are available to faculty, staff and students. These labs contain state-of-the art, flat panel Dell computers. These computers offer a variety of software applications, such as: MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Publisher) Microsoft Visual Studio, SPSS, Microsoft Visio, Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0, WinZip, Word Pad and Internet Explorer 6.

Hours of Operation:
Lab opens on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. and does not close again until Friday at 8:00 p.m. (24 Hours)
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Computer Lab and Training Lab Rules

* Noise Must Be Kept To A Minimum.

*Absolutely NO FOOD AND DRINKS are allowed in the lab. Anyone with food and/or drinks will be asked to leave.

* NO GAMES/MUSIC/MOVIES/ETC.. Should be DOWNLOADED or played on the
computers.

* NO Cell Phones/Pagers are permitted in the lab.

* Installation of any programs or data files on any public computer lab machine is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You may create and save personal files to portable diskettes/cd's.

* Computer default settings SHOULD NOT be altered.

* The University enforces legal protections provided by copyright and licensing of computer programs and data. No copying of any software from the computer lab will be allowed. Any user caught making illegal copies will be subject to disciplinary action.
