Replacing Your ID Card |

Replacement CardsThere is a $35.00 replacement fee for lost cards. Payment to replace your SU One Card is accepted at the Cashier’s Office. Bring your receipt as a proof of payment to any of the ID Office, upon verification of payment, you will be issued a replacement card. If your SU One Card is lost or stolen, please report to the ID Card Office. Office Personnel will stop your card so it cannot be swiped for use (i.e. Meal Plan, Athletic Events, and etc.) Damaged CardsIf your SU One Card fails to work for any reason, please bring it to the ID Card Office.The staff will evaluate the likely cause of damage. If it was damaged due to routine use, there is no cost to replace. Otherwise, you will be advised to pay the $35 in replacement cost. |
