Otang Ebot Achale

Otang Ebot Achale is currently a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) Student (Human Resources Management/ Supply Chain Management Concentrations) and a Graduate Research Assistant with ICITD at Southern University and A&M College, Baton Rouge, Louisiana,USA. Achale holds a professional Master's in Guidance and Counseling from The University of Yaounde 1, Cameroon and have been a practicing School Counselor for 10years. Prior to joining the Southern University Academic community, Achale was working on his Master's thesis titled "Technology-assisted parenting and the development of antisocial behavior among early adolescents in Cameroon" as partial requirements to earn a Master's of Education degree in Educational Psychology from The University of Buea, Cameroon. Research wise, Achale won the Educational Research Network for West and Central Africa (ERNWACA) Small Grants in 2006 as Principal Researcher where he carried out research in ICTs and quality education in Cameroon State Universities (Findings published in Editions Terroir, 2007). He also researched and defended a professional Master's thesis on "ICTs and the professionalism of Counseling in Cameroon. Otang is highly motivated, ambitious and passionate in developing human capital for productive living.
