Executive Branch

The President and Vice-President are the two chief executive officials of the Student Government Association.  In conjunction with the Executive Cabinet, they create, plan, and coordinate ideas and events while accomplishing the primary duty of the branch – enforcing the policies.  The Executive Cabinet consists of members appointed by the President, and these officials work hand-in-hand with the other branches to serve the student body with quality and efficiency.  These individuals have very specific duties in fulfilling the obligations of their positions.  Some advice the President on various issues and concerns, while others concentrate on delegated tasks for SGA and the students-at-large.  The Executive Branch prides itself in directing and carrying out the affairs of SGA through action.  It understands the need for and strives to keep an open line of communication with the University administration, while simultaneously providing open and effective leadership for the student body.
