2025 Sping Career Fair-Next Day Interviews
Greetings Valued Partner:
The Career Services Center at Southern University and A&M College will host its 2025 Spring Career Fair on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm CST, with Next Day Interviews on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
We are most excited and thrilled to showcase the university’s most valued asset – our students!
REGISTRATION COST & DETAILS:
- Single Booth (4 Representatives Max) = $800.00
- Double Booth (8 Representatives Max for Each Booth) = $1,600.00
- Sponsorship Premiere Location Booth *Limited* (8 Representatives Max) = $2,500.00
Included in Registration: Access to all SUBR students, continental breakfast (both dates), full lunch (both dates), snacks & coffee/water (both dates), next-day interviews at your designated booth, and SU Career Services Center support.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All material distribution documents, signage, displays, giveaways, etc. must only be shipped via Gulf Coast Event Services.
All materials must be shipped BEFORE Thursday, February 6, 2025 to ensure your materials are received timely.

If your organization chooses to ship directly to the SUBR Campus Mail Center, please designate an attendee from your organization who will be the responsible party to pick up and return the shipment items to and from the Campus Mail Center. The organization attendee MUST LIST THEIR NAME & COMPANY ON ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS.

SPONSORSHIP DETAILS:
Cost is $2,500.00, which supports the SU Career Services Center and career-related programs each semester.
Sponsorship Package Includes:
- Premier booth location
- Strategic placement of the company's logo during the career fair
- Welcome reception and college leadership engagement
- Name recognition in the main lobby of the SU Career Services Center
- Access to the main campus (SUBR) key leaders and university officials
Parking Passes:
Upon arrival to the F.G. Clark Activity Center, employers will receive a parking pass for the entire day. Volunteers will issue the parkining passes upon your arrival to the F.G. Clark Activity center on February 19th.
