Felica Coney
Global Tech Executive
Felica Coney is a globally recognized visionary and accomplished supply chain and operations executive, celebrated for her ability to transform organizations, inspire leaders, and deliver world-class operational excellence. With a distinguished record across multiple industries, she has led strategic growth organizations through some of the most complex challenges of the modern economy — consistently elevating performance, enabling large-scale transformation, and positioning companies to lead their industries. Throughout her career, Coney has built and guided high-performing teams across the world in supply chain, manufacturing, assembly, logistics, and end-to-end operations. Her leadership has influenced some of the most respected global corporations.
From 2019 to 2021, she served as divisional vice president in grocery at Walmart, where she delivered step-change improvements in EH&S, quality, and customer on-time delivery. She also accelerated the introduction of automation and digitization strategies that fundamentally reshaped how Walmart served millions of customers. Prior to Walmart, Coney served as vice president of Operations Quality and Environment, Health, and Safety for the Interiors, Actuation and Propeller Systems business — and later the Mechanical Systems business — at Collins Aerospace. She developed the organization's groundbreaking Smart Factory roadmap, enabling next-generation digitization, automation, and lean manufacturing across global sites. Coney began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she excelled in a wide range of leadership roles. Her final role —senior director, Supply Network Operations, Fabric Care Asia — positioned her as a key architect of P&G’s e-commerce expansion in emerging markets, driving unprecedented household penetration through innovative supply chain design, optimization, and flawless execution. Her earlier career contributions also included establishing world-class lean manufacturing systems recognized across the industry.
Coney’s foundation for global impact began right here. She is a proud alumna of Southern University and A&M College, where she earned her B.S. in civil engineering. During her undergraduate matriculation, she was initiated into Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., through the Alpha Tau Chapter, an experience that strengthened her lifelong commitment to public service, community leadership, social justice, and equity.
Coney’s achievements have earned her national acclaim. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Simpson Manufacturing Company (SSD), and she contributes her expertise as a member of the engineering advisory boards at North Carolina A&T State University and Southern University A&M College. She is also a trusted supply chain and technology executive advisor for several Fortune 100 companies. In 2025, Coney was featured by BoardProspects as one of “100 Black Board Members Making a Difference,” and she was inducted into the prestigious National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame. She continues to champion ethical, responsible innovation in her role as education chair of the AI Ethics Council powered by Operation HOPE, where she fosters a culture of technical excellence, principled leadership, and high-velocity execution.
Coney resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her spouse, Kelvin. Together, they are the proud parents of twin sons, Jahvon and Jaelen.
