Mechanical Engineering major Ogunbakin awarded NSBE scholarship

Mechanical Engineering major Tolulope Ogunbakin was awarded the National  Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Board of Corporate Affiliates $3,000 scholarship at the recent NSBE Conference in Pittsburgh, Pa.  Ogunbakin is a Clinical Research Enhancement through Supplemental Training (CREST) Scholar and he is president of the NSBE Association at Southern.

He also received the SU College of Engineering Student Achievement award.
