SUBR Email Login Links and Information

Click the link below if you are a student or if your mailbox has been migrated to MS Office 365.

Click the link below if your mailbox is still located on the old system.  You will be notified prior to your mailbox being migrated.

Login to MS Office 365 Webmail
(New Email System)

(Registered students, faculty and staff who's mailbox has been migrated to MS Office 365)

Use your entire email address for your Login User Name. 

Example:   john_doe_00@subr.edu

 

 

Login to Exchange 2003 Webmail
(Old Email System)

(Faculty and Staff that have not yet been migrated to
MS Office 365)

Attention SUBR Users:

The "Sign Out" link does not currently work as expected in the new version of Office 365 Webmail.  After you click "Sign Out", please close your browser when you are finished to close out all current sessions.  For more information click "HERE".

MS Office 365 Email Migration Information

We have almost completed the email migration of all students to the MS Office 365 Email System.   Approximately 300 Faculty and staff email mailboxes have been migrated with additional migrations occurring daily.  Each faculty/staff will be notified prior to the migration of their mailbox.  Remember that each mailbox may be unavailable for up to two hours while it's being migrated.  After the mailbox is migrated it'll be accessible via the MS Office 365 Webmail link located above on the left.  Each user's e-mail account and password will remain the same during and after the migration.  Your mobile devices will need to be reconfigured to access e-mail once your account has been migrated.  See mobile device and MS Outlook setup links below.

The following links should be helpful with setting up your favorite device to access MS Office 365 e-mail:

(Note: During the setup of your device make sure you enter your entire e-mail address ( john_doe_00@subr.edu ) for the user name or login.  For best results when setting up your mobile device, remove any previous SUBR mail profiles prior to following the setup instructions.)
