Division of Information Technology (DoIT)
The Division of Information Technology (DoIT) help desk is the customer & technical support service for students, faculty and staff provided by DoIT staff and student workers.
Helpdesk support hours are from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Mondays through Fridays, closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Customers will contact by phone or KACE reporting system to report issues and to request help. In-person counter hours in J.B. Moore Hall close at 5:30 PM, Mondays - Fridays. No counter hours are available on the weekends.
