Tennis star Carlista Mohammed the SWAC’s best female player

On her way to leading the Lady Jaguar Tennis Team to the 2012 SWAC championship recently, Carlista Mohammed also earned the title of the SWAC’s 2012 Women’s Tennis Player of the Year.

 

The native of St. Augustine, Trinidad & Tobago was a perfect 6-0 in SWAC tournament play and was named tournament MVP. She was also named to the All-SWAC tennis tournament team.
