IBM reached out to SU students with job interviews on campus
Technology giant IBM continued its local partnership with Southern University today when it held job interview sessions with dozens of SU students in T.T. Allain Hall.
Many of the students interviewed today were majoring in computer science, engineering, accounting, mathematics and various business disciplines. Students were interviewing for possible internships and fulltime positions.
IBM has said it plans to hire about 800 people at the IBM Services Center being built in Downtown Baton Rouge.
The Career Services Center organized and hosted the event.
