Jermaine Proshee, M.A., - Director

Mr. Proshee is a graduate of Northwestern State University with over 17 years of experience in Professional Leadership, Marketing/Design, and Print Media. He served as Publications Advisor for 6 years before transitioning to his current role. Outside of SU he has a graphics design firm specializing in print and digital media.

Fun Fact: Mr. Proshee enjoys classical music.

Shanda Grimes Assistant Director, Student Media

Mrs. Grimes received her undergraduate degree from Southern University and her master’s degree from Louisiana State University. She has over 15 years of management in Public service. Outside of the SU, Shanda enjoys taking pictures of friends and family.

Fun Fact: Mrs. Grimes is a die-hard Southern University Fan. She loves to dance.
