For Students Seeking a Visual Arts Minor

STUDENTS MAY DECLARE A MINOR IN VISUAL ARTS VIA AN INITIAL SESSION WITH AN ADVISOR.

THEREAFTER, ALL MINORS SHOULD REPORT TO AN ADVISOR TWICE IN EACH SEMESTER.

THE ADVISOR REVIEWS THE INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM OF STUDY WITH EACH MINOR.

A RECORD OF THE ADVISEMENT SCHEDULE AND PROGRESS IS MAINTAINED IN THE ADVISOR’S OFFICE.

A COPY OF THE ADVISEMENT SCHEDULE IS ALSO MAINTAINED IN THE OFFICE OF THE PROGRAM LEADER.

UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM OF STUDY, THE ADVISOR SUBMITS A LETTER OF VERIFICATION TO THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR
