Tuskegee prof next at College of Business speaker series

Dr. Mohammad Bhuiyan, from Tuskegee University, will be the next presenter in the College of Business’ MBA Global Leadership Speaker Series.

 

Bhuiyan, the vice president and a tenured professor of entrepreneurship at Tuskegee University, will speak on the topic: “Creating Entrepreneurship Opportunities in the Changing Global Economy.” His presentation will be held at 7 p.m., Feb. 19 in the Global Communications Facility in room 313 T.T. Allain Hall.

Bhuiyan received his Ph.D. from the University of Florida and two master’s degrees in business administration from Georgia State University and the Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore, India. He also received leadership training from the Center of Creative Leadership, Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and Harvard Business School, MIT, and Stanford University.

Prior to joining Tuskegee University, Bhuiyan was an ACE Fellow at the University System of Georgia and he has been helping the nation’s HBCUs to develop entrepreneurship programs.
