Southern University System to hold Statewide Town Hall Tour
The Southern University System will host its Statewide Town Hall Tour, "Transforming the Southern System: From Good to Great" starting in Baton Rouge on August 8 and ending in New Orleans on August 19.
The "Reform and Renewal Agenda" that was reflected in the Transformation Plans approved by the Board of Supervisors in June charts a new and exciting path for Southern. SU System President Ronald Mason Jr. will share the agenda during the town hall meetings.
The tour kicks off at 6 p.m., Aug. 8, in A.W. Mumford Stadium on the Southern University campus in Baton Rouge.
