Dr. Puckett has a M. S. Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Doctor of Rehabilitation. He hold credentials as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and Assistive Technology Professional. Dr. Puckett has over 30 years experience in work with persons with disabilities, as a rehabilitation counselor, vocational evaluator, program administrator and rehabilitation educator.
