Southern University will host its second Data Summit on October 29-30, 2015 at the Hyatt Place Baton Rouge/I-10 in Baton Rouge, LA.

The 2015 Data Summit is an educational and networking event designed to strengthen the lines of communication between support staff and key decision makers within the SU System and external reporting agencies.

The Data Summit is a professional conference that is focused around shared issues and will appeal to academic support staff and administrators by "helping them develop strategies that can be translated into action when they return to their home campuses."

The Data Summit will feature presentations from key areas in higher education, and will include a general session as well as breakout sessions designed specifically to address common issues.
