Please review your account for accuracy and follow the instructions below to complete enrollment.

**All prior term balances must be (0) zero to complete enrollment for the current term. When enrolling in a payment plan with Transact Payments the maximum deferment amount is 50% of tuition and fee cost. See note below for details. **

Step 1: Log on to Self-Service Banner (SSB)

Step 2: Click on Ellucian Banner 9 Dashboard

Step 3: Sign In Using Your Email and Password (john.doe@sus.edu)

Step 4: Click on "Student"

Step 5: Scroll down to “Student – Registration”

Step 6: Click on "Register for Classes"

Step 7: Continue to the Action Item Process

Step 8: Review and complete the "Financial Responsibility Policy"

Step 9: Click on "Student"

Step 10: Click on "Account Detail for Term"

Step 11: Select Term: SUBR-Summer 2026

Step 12: Select "Pay Now” and transition to TRANSACT PAYMENTS

Step 13: Make a payment

Step 14: Enter the payment amount due and verify checkout total

Step 15: Finalize TRANSACT PAYMENTS Payment

Step 16: You will receive an email notification. Print this page for your records.

 


I have enough financial aid to pay my balance in full 

Step 1: Log on to Self-Service Banner (SSB)

Step 4: Click on "Student"

Step 5: Scroll down to “Student – Registration”

Step 6: Click on "Register for Classes"

Step 7: Continue to the Action Item Process

Step 8: Review and complete the "Financial Responsibility Policy"

Step 9: Click on "Student"

Step 10: Click on "Account Detail for Term"

Step 11: Select Term: SUBR-Summer 2026

Step 12: Please review your account, if the “Current Due net of Authorized Financial Aid and Memos” is a negative balance, review the “Financial Responsibility Policy"

Step 13: You will receive an email notification. Print this page for your records.

 


 

I have financial aid, but not enough to pay my balance in full

  • If the “Current Due net of Authorized Financial Aid and Memos” is a positive balance, you must pay the remaining account balance due to enroll for the Summer 2026 term.

You have two options:

  1. Pay in full
  • Pay the entire balance now through Transact Payments.
  1. Use a payment plan
  • You can split payments over time, but only if:
    • 50% of your tuition is paid
  • After that, you can set up a payment plan for the remaining balance.

Step 16: If you have met the 50% requirement, the next step is to follow the payment plan setup instructions below.

 


I have 50% or more of my tuition and fees paid and want to enroll in a TRANSACT PAYMENTS Installment Payment Plan (IPP) for the remaining balance due

Please note there is a non-refundable $35.00 enrollment fee and a minimum payment of 50% of your tuition is required at the time of enrollment. Prior to enrolling in the payment plan, be sure all outstanding balances from prior semesters have been paid as Transact will not allow the student to enroll in a payment plan with a prior balance. It is important that you read and understand the terms and conditions. Timely payments are required via TRANSACT PAYMENTS. If not, this could cause a cancellation of your payment plan.

Step 4: Click on "Student"

Step 5: Scroll down to “Student – Registration”

Step 6: Click on "Register for Classes"

Step 7: Continue to the Action Item Process

Step 8: Review and complete the "Financial Responsibility Policy"

Step 9: Click on "Account Detail for Term"

Step 10: Select Term: SUBR-Summer 2026

Step 11:  Select "Pay Now” and transition to TRANSACT PAYMENTS 

Step 12:  Select “Payment Plans” 

Step 13: Follow the prompts for enrolling into the TRANSACT PAYMENTS Installment Payment Plan 

Select the correct payment plan option that fits your financial plan. There are (3) installments offered; however, this can alter due to the time of the enrollment.

Step 14: Finalize Installment Payment Plan (notifications sent via email) 

Step 15: You will receive an email notification. Print this page for your records.

 

 

**Note:  In addition to the 35.00 non-refundable enrollment fee, you are required to pay a minimum of 50% of the total tuition and fee charges due to “Complete Enrollment”. The remaining 50% is due in 3 installments. Installment plans and all payments must be processed online. You are required to pay 100% of the total cost. Non-paid accounts are subject to being purged for non-payment.  See TRANSACT PAYMENTS Installment Payment Plan (IPP) for further details.
