Creating A Culture of Sustainability:

2015 Undergraduate and Graduate
Research Symposium & Demonstration Day

The undergraduate and graduate research symposium is open to students in all disciplines. This is an opportunity for students to blend academics with research and present what they have learned from their research experiences. The title of the symposium: Creating A Culture of Sustainability lends itself to an interdisciplinary approach to research. Students will be provided with submission and formatting guidelines that are specific to their discipline.

Students are encouraged to meet with their mentors before submitting their abstracts. Student winners from each category will receive an award. Students may also include this presentation on their resumes. Students who are not presenting are encouraged to visit the sessions to understand the contributions your fellow students are making to their respective disciplines.

Key dates:

• Logo/T-Shirt Design due Tuesday, March 3^rd by 5pm.
• Abstracts due February 26, 2015 by 3pm.
• Notification of Acceptance by March 12, 2015
• Deadline to receive posters for printing, April 2^nd at 5pm
• Symposium & Demonstrations, Wednesday, April 15^th 9am-4pm
