Cade Library Celebrates Black History

February 7 - 10, 2023

Change the Pattern Quilt Exhibit, sponsored by National AIDS Memorial Organization, will be on display in Cade Library, February 7 - 10, 2023.  The opening ceremony is Tuesday, February 7 at 12pm, Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. Quilt panel making workshops, open to all, will take place each day from 11am - 3pm. See attached flier for more information.

Cade Conversations with Dr. Alvin Schexnider will take place on Tuesday, February 14 at 11am.  Join Dr. Schexnider, a leader in higher education and executive management, as he shares his genealogical search, and lessons about family, HBCUs, and the American Dream. See attached flier for more information.
 

February 15

Cade Conversations with Librarian Eddie Hughes will take place on Wednesday, February 15 at 2pm. He will share a scholarly presentation with highlights of his recent visit to Africa.
