Dr. Pat Green

Assistant Professor 

Dr. Pat Green is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation, Disability Studies, and Counseling at Southern University and A&M College. She has six years of experience teaching graduate and undergraduate-level Rehabilitation Counseling students. Dr. Green holds a Doctor of Philosophy, Ph.D. Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from New York University (NYU). She has a Master of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Minnesota State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Biology from Southern University in New Orleans. She has been a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) through the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification since 1996. She is knowledgeable in the scope of practice in rehabilitation counseling and social services. Dr. Green is the Executive Director of Pat Green & Associates, LLC, a private disability consulting company and has worked in private practice for over 25 years.
