Jennifer Rush, NCC, LPC-S, LMFT-SC
Ms. Rush earned her M. Ed in Counseling, concentrating in Marriage and Family Therapy, a B.S. in Psychology, and a B.A. in Sociology. She is working on completing her dissertation for her Doctorate of Psychology.
She is a licensed professional counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist in Louisiana, and she supervises both. She has over 15+ years of clinical work with mental health and addictions through multiple treatment avenues. Ms. Rush has presented at numerous seminars. She has also co-authored a book, The Heart of a Therapist, writing on Being Imperfectly Perfect.
Nowadays, she can be found teaching graduate classes and counseling in her private practice, which specializes in addiction, relationship enhancement and intimacies, and emotional intelligence development. Her free time is focused on completing her Doctorate in Psychology and activity in the Junior League of Greater Covington. She has also been a Soldier's Angels volunteer for over ten years.
