The Division of Information Technology (DoIT) help desk is the customer service & technical support for students, faculty and staff provided by DoIT staff and student workers.

The Clean Access system prevents the spread of viruses and any other malicious bugs from infecting the university's network by requiring residential and wireless users to meet security requirements - an updated operating system and current anti-virus software – before connecting to the University’s network. www3.subr.edu/tns/cleanaccess
