Division of Information Technology (DoIT)
The Division of Information Technology (DoIT) help desk is the customer & technical support service for students, faculty and staff provided by DoIT staff and student workers.
Helpdesk support hours are from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Fridays, closed on Saturday and Sunday. Customers will contact by phone or KACE reporting system to report issues and to request help. In-person counter hours in J.B. Moore Hall close at 7:00 PM, Monday - Thursday and at 5:00 PM on Friday. No counter hours are available on the weekends.
