Eligibility Requirements
- Desires to earn a Ph.D in their choosen discipline
- Has a 3.0 or greater GPA
- Rising Junior with a minimum of 60 semester hours
- Must be Low- income
- First Generation College Graduate
- Underrepresented minority
- Enrollment in a degree granting program
- U.S citizen or permanent resident
