Someone is spending my Jag Cash without my permission. Can I get a refund for money spent?
We ask all students NOT to share their I.D. QR Code under any circumstances
1. Go to the I.D. office located in the Student Union and get your QR code deactivated.
2. File a police report with the Campus Police Department
Unfortunately, you will NOT be reimbursed money that was stolen by a peer
You will need to purchase a physical I.D. to continue using your meal plan and Jag Cash moving forward.
Where is the I.D. Office located ?
The I.D. Office is located in the Student Union, just below the stairs leading to the Division of Student Affairs. It is across from the Student Union Food Court.
