Dr. Majlesein's research interests are in the areas of power systems harmonics, power factor penalty guidelines for electric utilities, power factor correction techniques, Database technology and software engineering.  Dr. Majlesein's teaching interests are in the areas of circuits, machinery, digital signal processing, control systems, power systems, and computer networks.
