BATON ROUGE, La. – The Southern University System graduated 1,673 students from four of its campuses during recently held spring commencement exercises across the state.

Southern University Professor Victor W. Mbarika gave the keynote address Monday at the 13th Vice-Chancellor’s Research and Innovation Seminar Series held at Tshwane University of Technology in Pretoria, South Africa.
