How to Accept Financial Aid Terms & Conditions and Awards

Please access your Banner Self Service Account.
Login to Self Service with your SUS email and Password.
Select Financial Aid from the Self-Service Dashboard
Select "Financial Aid Dashboard."
Select Applicable Award for Aid Year."
From the dropdown box, Select the applicable aid year (ex. for Fall 2026 - Summer 2027, select "Aid Year 2026-2027"), then click "Submit."
Select the Offer Tab to view your financial aid awards. If your financial aid award offer includes: Federal Work-Study, Federal Teach Grant, or Federal Direct Student Loans you will need toaccept or decline each award offer. Note failure to make make a decision will result in delayed processing. NOTE: Failure to make make a decision will result in delayed processing.
You must make a decision for each loan type. To accept loans, Click 'Accept' in the dropdown box. If declining loan, Click 'Decline.'
To accept everything, Click "Accept Full Amount of All Awards."
If declining anything, Click "Submit Decision."
Read the terms and conditions for Financial Aid and Click "Accept." (at the bottom of the page)

You have completed the Financial Aid Acceptance Process. You may now move forward to the process of "Paying your Fees Online"
