The mission of the Department of Accounting, Finance and Economics is to provide students with broad education in accounting, finance, and economics and advance the necessary skills and techniques in these fields to meet the rapidly changing demands of the global market place.

As part of the College of Business, the Department of Accounting, Finance and Economics emphasizes innovative teaching, research, and professional service activities. It offers a four-year curriculum leading to a Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and in Finance This website provides an overview of the two degree programs, concentrations in Risk Management and Insurance, and Business Economics, contact information, scholarships and student organizations.
