World Language Requirements
Minor and Concentration in French or Spanish:
The Department of World Languages offers a minor and a concentration in French or Spanish, (check the SU Course Catalog for required Courses).
General Education Students:
If a student requires six or more hours of a foreign language as part of his/her graduation requirements, these hours must be taken in the same language, otherwise the student will not receive degree credit for those foreign language courses (exceptions: Arabic 100/101, Chinese 100/101, German 100/101, Japanese 102/103, Portuguese 100/101, Swahili 214/215, Turkish 100/101, and Wolof 100/101)
