- To provide graduate - level rehabilitation training to practicing professionals from varied ethnic backgrounds, who are currently employed by State-Federal Rehabilitation Agencies.
- To award scholarships to rehabilitation professionals for graduate study to earn a master ' s degree or achieve CRC eligibility.
- To offer rehabilitation counselor training via the Internet by using a multimedia approach and the philosophy of universal design for the development and delivery of courses.
- To offer a structured curriculum that permits students to complete the program in seven semesters, including summer sessions.
