Dr. Ismail and Dr. Lacy spent much time training the research team on different available technologies in the industry and how to perform research based on a solid background. The students of our research team were assigned many tasks to implement and present among us. This helped all of the students in the research team to be more confident in how to represent themselves in front of others. This comprehensive training for our research team leads to very high-quality leaders who can lead and organize events without any help from Dr. Ismail and Dr. Lacy.

Our research team independently organize a whole day workshop-visit for the students of the McKinley Middle Magnet School. They presented our EE program to them and then explain the facilities and projects offered by the CERL. Different projects were discussed and presented to students and their teachers. The research team supervised and helped them finalize prototypes for the Park Forest Middle School students. It was a successful visit for both teachers and students.
