Mission Statement- The University College (UC) is dedicated to students achieving excellence at Southern University and A&M College. UC strives to create a conducive environment that assist scholars to engage in the campus community, strengthen relationships and provide a foundation for first and second year students through New Student Orientation, Student Success, First Year Programming, Academic Advisement, Mentoring, and Civic Engagement.
