New Orleans high school student wins SU poetry contest (News)
Sarah Gamard, a student at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, won first place at Southern University’s fourth annual Pinkie Gordon Lane Poetry Contest Awards program held Friday, May 2, in the John B. Cade Library on the Baton Rouge campus.
