Naval ROTC
About Us
Vision
Our vision is to cultivate leaders of character who are committed to excellence, integrity, and service. We strive to prepare our cadets for the challenges of the future, fostering a spirit of teamwork and resilience. By instilling core Navy values, we aim to develop professionals ready to lead in the Navy and beyond.
Mission
Our mission is to develop midshipmen mentally, morally, and physically, and to imbue them with the highest ideals of duty, honor, and loyalty. We aim to commission college graduates as naval officers who possess a basic professional background, are motivated toward careers in the naval service, and have a potential for future development in mind and character. Through rigorous training and education, we prepare our cadets to lead and serve in the United States Navy and Marine Corps.
