Southern University and A&M College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate. Southern University and A&M College also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels. Application Deadlines

July 1 for resident and exemption certification for admission in the Fall Semester;
October 1 for resident and exemption certification for admission in the Spring Semester;
April 1 for resident and exemption certification for the Summer session.
