Adjunct Faculty Employment

Do you love teaching? If you are an educator with real-world experience, a passion for teaching and learning, and a student-centered teaching philosophy, you are a great candidate for our pool of adjunct online faculty. We look for talented faculty who can provide high-quality academic experiences and who help foster our culture of student success and academic excellence.  Adjunct faculty members are expected to collaborate with our student service providers to ensure that each student has the support, and resources they need to be successful.

 

Adjunct Hiring Criteria

All adjunct faculty must meet university hiring criteria, including SACSCOC and discipline specific accreditation credentials requirements.  Adjunct faculty are compensated using the standard Online Adjunct Pay Policy.  To be considered you must have the following:

  • Masters Degree in specific discipline for undergraduate programs (PhD preferred)
  • Terminal Degree in specific discipline for graduate programs
  • Must complete a background check
  • Prior online teaching experience, including Quality Matters (QM) Certification
