Woodlawn Middle School

On February 24 and March 26, 2025, the CERL research team visited Woodlawn Middle School to introduce students to the field of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). As part of this outreach initiative, the team led interactive presentations and hands-on workshops where students explored the impact of ECE across various industries. Guided by the project’s Principal Investigator (PI) and Co-Principal Investigators (Co-PIs), students engaged in simple engineering projects—gaining early exposure to electronics, robotics, and computing in a fun and educational environment.
